SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Processing Times:
All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lisa Lannin Art Studio is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes! Lis offers free delivery within Kitchener-Waterloo. Choose LOCAL DELIVERY at checkout.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Lis is located in Waterloo, Ontario. If you chose LOCAL PICKUP at checkout, you will receive the address upon purchase.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have any questions regarding your shipment, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and will do our best to make it right.
We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
